Project Manager

Full Time - Lansing MI
Responsible for planning and overseeing specific projects from start to finish. Balance job cost, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits have been acquired. Responsible for securing the property, managing the workers on site, providing materials and utilities on site, ensure the project is completed to schedule, and utilize industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Does require travel.

Reception

Full Time - Lansing MI
Handle routine and advanced duties for Project Manager and sales team. Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars and appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices, offer general staff support, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, taking notes at meetings, input information into database, ordering office supplies, making travel arrangements, prioritize workloads, implementing new procedures and administrative systems. One location

Roof Technician

Full Time - Lansing MI
Repair, replace, and install roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Knowledge of materials such as metal, shingles, tiles, slate, and steel. GACO knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory. Ability to carry heavy materials, and are good on ladders. Does require travel.

Laborers

Full Time - Lansing MI
Assisting technicians and Project Manager in the completion of tasks related to moving, installing, or repairing roofs. Does require travel.

Mason

Full Time - Lansing MI
Knowledge of various materials, lift and carry heavy objects , and read and assess technical drawings. Responsibilities include texturing and polishing blocks of stone, installing dressed stone, mixing cement and mortar, and restoring old and damaged masonry works. Does require travel

Sales Representative

Full Time - Lansing MI

Qualifications

• Must have prior success selling high-end services in a highly competitive market
• Must have a minimum of 3 years selling in the home remodeling industry- commercial and residential
• Must be computer proficient and willing to learn how to use a fully automated drone.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Being detail-oriented and having effective communication skills is essential for success in this role.
