Roof job
Precision roofing did a beautiful job. The crew was friendly and professional. The clean up afterwards was top notch. Communication was great. We were told what was happening every step of the job.
New roof and skylights
Everyone at Precision was very professional and conciencious from inspection, estimate, demo, replacement and cleanup We didn't think it was possible to put on a new roof and replace 60-year old custom skylights midwinter, but they made it work, even scheduling around a major snowstorm. We were very happy with the job - even more so when the building inspector commented on what a good job they did, pointing out details that most roofers don't bother with, but which make the work worth another $5K. They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

WORST RUBBER ROOF I have ever witnessed!
Air bubbles like chicken pox the last 5 feet of my roof! I would NEVER RECOMMEND PRECISION ROOFING TO ANYONE unless I hate them! Such a great big disappointment!
over inflation
Waited 3 weeks for an estimate that we received from the insurance adjuster because they refused to provide it to us. Once we saw it, it was way over what was reasonable. They were trying to take advantage of an emergency situation. Then refused to communicate with us telling us they have not spoken to the adjuster even though we have a copy of the estimate sent to them. It also took almost 2 weeks to finish placing tarp on my roof after the tree fell on my house. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Highly Recommend
Precision Roofing did our flat roof in 2016 and eves in 2017. This year (2018) we had them replace our picture window. In the three projects the workers were very responsive to our requests, very courteous, and meticulous in their work. On all projects the installers kept us updated on the status of the projects. When both projects were completed, they performed a very thorough cleanup. I highly recommend them.
