Would Recommend
I saw the 5 star ratings and reviews online. I previously contacted a different roofing company and they did a poor job of showing up to their scheduled appointments. And as a result, I contacted Precision Roofing and the same day and within an hour or 2 of calling, I had a sales rep come to my house and give me an estimate. And within a week and a half of contacting precision roofing, I have a brand new roof, new venting system and a much cooler and more cost efficient home. Not to mention a lifetime warranty on my roof and any repairs necessary. I would recommend Precision Roofing to anyone interested in replacing their roof.

The crew did a great job cleaning up. There was never too much mess though, because they came with a big trailer to contain it all in.

Communication was great!
The communication was great. Once the contract was signed, I got a call from the job manager within 2 or 3 days to come verify the job. He then provided updates continuously through the job on when crews would be out and timelines to expect. He was honest and straightforward at every step. We had a lot of weather delays and we were always kept up to speed on what to expect when those happened and when crews would be able to resume the work. Too many times when dealing with contractors the salesperson will say one thing, and then the team doing the work will do something completely different. That didn't happen here. What I was told during the sales process is exactly what happened.
Good Communication
I cannot think of anything through the project that wasn't done well. Keep up the good communication: I knew what to expect, when it was to happen, how it was being done, and immediate contact with foreman and salesperson.
