Waited 3 weeks for an estimate that we received from the insurance adjuster because they refused to provide it to us. Once we saw it, it was way over what was reasonable. They were trying to take advantage of an emergency situation. Then refused to communicate with us telling us they have not spoken to the adjuster even though we have a copy of the estimate sent to them. It also took almost 2 weeks to finish placing tarp on my roof after the tree fell on my house. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.
