Communication was great!
The communication was great. Once the contract was signed, I got a call from the job manager within 2 or 3 days to come verify the job. He then provided updates continuously through the job on when crews would be out and timelines to expect. He was honest and straightforward at every step. We had a lot of weather delays and we were always kept up to speed on what to expect when those happened and when crews would be able to resume the work. Too many times when dealing with contractors the salesperson will say one thing, and then the team doing the work will do something completely different. That didn't happen here. What I was told during the sales process is exactly what happened.
